How Do You Tell if it’s a Seller’s Market or a Buyer’s Market?

We’re currently in a Seller’s Market for all price ranges for Hancock Park Homes because of a shortage of inventory. Not enough inventory in each of the price ranges to satisfy buyers in that price range for the next 6 months. For example for Estate Homes …when a Fixer Estate Property came on the market on the corner of Muirfield Rd. and 3rd St. there were over 10 offers.
