Don’t be Alarmed by DataQuick’s News…Hancock Park Sales were up 45% in January 2014 over January 2013

Despite San Diego based DataQuick’s news today that Southern California Real Estate Sales fell in January…Hancock Park’s January sales were UP 45%.  And this occurred even though we have a severe shortage of inventory in Hancock Park.
