Hancock Park offers the best value to potential buyers as it has the lowest cost per Sq. ft.  of the 10 top residential areas n Los Angeles. While some redone homes in Hancock Park have sold over $800 per sq. ft…one colse to $900 a sq. ft. 5 of the 14 some sold between $400 and $500 a sq. ft.

Hancock Park has also suffered from a lack of inventory of redone homes in top locations in the $2,000,000 plus price range. These are the ones that garner the highest prices.

The areas of Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills Post Office,  Hollywood Hills, Bel Air and Santa Monica have seen huge increases in the number of homes sold and also in the cost per sq. ft.
