Condos Sold – 102 have sold YTD up from 78 on November 12. The highest prices being $1,100,000 for a condo I sold at 202 South Mansfield Avenue. The 2nd highest was $1,000,000 at 316 N. Rossmore Ave. and the lowest price $132,500 at 620 S. Gramercy.
