Per the agent Josh Flagg of Rodeo Realty the estate was tastefully restored over a five year period, completed in 2011, and remains a classic example of American Beaux Arts architecture. It was designed by renowned architects J. Martyn Haenke & William Dodd. The house has the distinct feel of being in Newport, Rhode Island & is located in Hancock Park.  (Actually it is in Windsor Square)
