    I am an investor in N. California. I have recently heard this area is really starting to boom. I’m sure there are more investors in the area now. Do you have the ability to find bargain based hoses that require significant restoration for fix and flip.

      Sorry to reply so tardily. Yes I do depending on your budget. I have one in escrow with developers for $3.4. There are smaller houses obviously too …above and below a million. And everything in between. I see developers buying houses even over 4 million.
      What kind of budget are you talking about?
