The Travel Chanel cites Charlie’s in The Original Farmers Market as having one of LA’s Best Burgers
The LA Times’ Chris Erskine reports that The Travel Channel has proclaimed Charlie’s in The Original Farmers Market at 3rd and Fairfax as having one of the best burgers in the city. Erskine says Charlie Sue the owner has for almost 40 years run this little coffee hutch in the market, across from the Gumbo Pot. “She serves up a burger in a whole-wheat bun that’s soft as your best pajamas, on ground beef she buys at the esteemed Huntington Meats.”
